Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, PA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Weekend Baylor Program. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the nursing team to support residents over the weekend.

This role offers 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am or 7am-7pm) with enhanced weekend pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Prior healthcare experience; long-term care or rehab preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the licensed nurse or physician.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments.
