Job summary
Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Weekend Baylor Program team. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care to residents under supervision from our healthcare team and enjoy a unique weekend schedule.
Our Weekend Baylor Program offers 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays with increased hourly pay for weekend work, and flexible scheduling options.
Qualifications
- Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.
- Experience in healthcare; long-term care or rehabilitation setting a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN or physician.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and respectful environment that promotes patient-centered care.

As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents, under the supervision of our experienced healthcare team. Our Weekend Baylor Program is a unique and rewarding opportunity to work with our residents on weekends, with flexible scheduling options.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications
