Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Weekend Baylor Program. You will provide high-quality patient care to residents under supervision, with weekend 12-hour shifts and flexible scheduling options.

The role emphasizes teamwork with our healthcare staff, direct medication administration, and ongoing observation of resident conditions to support safe, effective care. A positive, patient-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in healthcare; prior long-term care or rehabilitation setting a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN or physician.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments.
