Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living in Pennsylvania is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse to join our resident‑focused care team. This full‑time night position (PRN options) offers 12‑hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays, and the chance to administer medications, perform assessments and support residents with kindness.

Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure required
• CPR certification required
• One year experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred
• Ability to assess and communicate effectively with residents

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents per physician orders and care plans
• Administers medications and treatments
• Performs resident assessments
• Participates in daily resident rounding
• May assist with insertion and maintenance of IV therapies
