Presbyterian SeniorCare Network in Erie, PA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Manchester Commons. The role supports individualized care plans, supervises team members, and ensures high-quality resident care on a night shift.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Practical Nurse License in good standing from the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience as a licensed nurse preferred.
• Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living preferred.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations preferred.
• Dementia care experience preferred
• Maintains CPR certification
