Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is hiring an LPN for Manchester Commons in Erie, PA. The role is part-time, with evening and night shifts, offering hourly pay starting at $25.50 and up to $33.00 depending on shift and experience.

The LPN coordinates and supports individualized service plans, supervises and guides the care team, and ensures high-quality care for residents in a dementia-capable community. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Practical Nurse License (LPN) in good standing from Pennsylvania.
• Experience as a licensed nurse preferred.
• Experience in personal care or assisted living preferred.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations preferred.
• Dementia care experience preferred.
• Maintains CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support individualized service plans for residents.
• Provide leadership and direction to community team members to ensure quality of care.
• Supervise staff to ensure services meet resident needs.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for coordinating and supporting the individualized service plans for community residents. The role supervises, and provides leadership and direction to, community team members to ensure quality of care and services are provided.

Requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current, valid Practical Nurse License in good standing from the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience as a licensed nurse preferred.
• Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living preferred.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations preferred.
• Dementia care experience preferred
• Maintains CPR certification
