Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking a qualified LPN for full-time night shifts. Compensation from $27 - $29 per hour (based on experience) plus additional shift differentials.

This role includes rotating weekends and holidays and involves medication administration, resident assessments, and daily rounding. Qualified applicants will have an active PA LPN license, CPR certification, and preferably one year of geriatric or long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• One-year experience in geriatric or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Performs resident assessments.
• Participates in daily resident rounding.
• May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
