Job summary

The Greens at Lincolnton, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Lincolnton, NC, seeks LPNs and RNs to provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN schedules with 8-hour shifts and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, plus competitive benefits.

Candidates must have an accredited nursing degree, active NC LPN/RN license, and CPR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Position Summary

As an LPN or RN, you'll provide direct nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help ensure our residents receive the highest level of clinical excellence and compassion every day.

What You'll Do

• Deliver quality nursing care according to individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

• Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment

Available Schedules

Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

8-Hour Shifts

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Every other weekend rotation for Full-Time and Part-Time positions

• Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff
