Job summary

The Greens at Gastonia is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, plus shift differentials and same-day pay.

Qualifications

• Current, active and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs during the shift.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.
