Job summary

The Greens at Gastonia is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) in Gastonia, NC. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time.

You'll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, complete assessments, and collaborate with the care team to deliver exceptional resident care. We support growth and promote from within in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
• Supervise CNAs during the shift.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team.
• Promote a safe, respectful environment for residents and staff.

Schedule
