Job summary

The Greens at Lincolnton in Lincolnton, NC is hiring LPNs and RNs to provide direct nursing care within a compassionate, resident-centered environment. This skilled nursing and rehabilitation community offers growth, mentorship, and teamwork across interdisciplinary staff.

Full-time, part-time, or PRN positions with 8-hour evening shifts (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and weekend rotation are available. A $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires highlights the commitment to staff excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed and insured nursing professional in NC.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• Experience caring for residents in long-term care settings preferred.
• Able to collaborate with physicians, therapists and CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes to the team.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and nurses for care delivery.
• Promote a safe, resident-centered environment.

Education

Active NC LPN or RN license

Graduate of accredited nursing program

Current CPR certification

Long-term care experience preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

Position Summary

As an LPN or RN, you'll provide direct nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help ensure our residents receive the highest level of clinical excellence and compassion every day.

What You'll Do

• Deliver quality nursing care according to individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

• Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment

Available Schedules

Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

8-Hour Shifts

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Every other weekend rotation for Full-Time and Part-Time positions

• Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff
