Gardant-Management-Solution in Toledo, OH is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee medication distribution according to physician orders and documentation, while promoting resident safety and dignity.

You will develop personalized service plans, support resident independence, and coordinate with physicians, healthcare providers, and families to discuss residents’ well-being. Ongoing learning and QA participation are encouraged.

Competenze

• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
