Heritage Woods of Batavia in Batavia, IL seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to manage medication distribution per physician orders and to develop personalized care plans that promote resident independence and dignity.

You will coordinate with physicians, nurses, and families to ensure holistic well-being, participate in quality improvement efforts, and engage in ongoing professional development through seminars and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN licensure valid in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
