Gardant-Management-Solution is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee medication administration according to physician orders and to ensure resident safety. The role emphasizes personalized care plans and strong collaboration with physicians, clinicians, and families in a supportive environment.
