Responsibilities

• Oversees medication distribution per physician orders and adheres to medication management documentation for resident safety.
• Creates personalized service plans and supports resident independence and dignity.
• Facilitates communication among physicians, healthcare providers, residents, and families regarding physical, mental, and social well-being.
• Contributes to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives; engages in ongoing education and staff development.
