Gardant-Management-Solution is seeking an LPN to oversee medication distribution per orders and ensure resident safety, while developing personalized care plans that promote independence and dignity. The role fosters collaboration with physicians, providers, and families to support residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being.

Ideal candidates hold a current LPN license and CPR certification, with exceptional communication and a compassionate approach to resident care.
