Formación

• Current state licensure as LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate love, compassion and dignity in care.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees medication distribution per physician orders and documentation.
• Creates personalized service plans tailored to care needs and promotes resident independence.
• Fosters communication among physicians, healthcare providers, and family regarding resident well-being.
• Contributes to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Engages in ongoing learning through seminars, meetings, and trainings.
