Prime Healthcare is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide direct and indirect patient care at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL. You will work under RN supervision in the inpatient rehab unit, delivering compassionate care with a focus on patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN/LVN license.
• IV certification required or within 90 days of hire.
• Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN/LPN works to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care and improve the overall patient experience in the MST setting.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

2. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.

3. IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.

4. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

5. Work experience in health care preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $31.00 to $40.00.
