Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7:00pm–7:30am) in the Inpatient Acute Rehab department. You will deliver direct patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include an active State RN license, BLS, ACLS within 30 days, two years of cardiac nursing experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid State RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS Certification 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Two (2) years of Cardiac Nursing experience required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the Physical Rehabilitation Department. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $35.35 to $53.58.
