Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delivering skilled services per orders, recognizing physiologic and psychosocial changes, and documenting nursing diagnoses based on data from health care team.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray evidence.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
