Job summary

Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in City of Binghamton, NY is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our overnight shift from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM. You will provide direct patient care on long-term care units and collaborate with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care.

We offer competitive pay $27-$35 per hour, shift differentials of $7 for 2nd shift and $3 for 3rd shift, daily pay, and opportunities for career growth and education scholarships.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents on Long Term Care units and specialty skilled areas
• Implement individualized care plans under supervision of the registered nurse
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Participate in medication administration and management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
