AMG Specialty Hospital-Lafayette seeks Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Day Shifts with LTAC experience. LPNs provide direct and indirect patient care and communicate with the care team under supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining regulatory requirements, coordinating with physicians and the care team, and performing nursing duties across departments with appropriate supervision. Weekend shift differentials apply. AMG offers competitive pay and benefits, plus ESOP.

Formación

• Current Louisiana LPN licensure in good standing.
• Acute Care, Med-Surg, Critical Care or ICU experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills.

• Communicate patient changes with physicians and team members.
• Maintain regulatory agency requirements and hospital policies under supervision.

AMG Specialty Hospital-Lafayetteisseeking Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Day Shifts with LTAC experience! LPNs provide direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures and standards. Communicate with physicians and team members about changes in patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
