AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital – Lafayette is hiring full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for day shifts. The LPN provides direct and indirect patient care and supports the care team in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting in Lafayette, LA.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Louisiana LPN licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of six months to one year's work experience.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Mansioni

• Provide direct and indirect patient care meeting psychosocial and general needs.
• Communicate with physicians and team about changes in patient condition.
• Respond quickly to changes in condition or treatment.
• Perform general nursing duties in all departments under supervision.

AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital – Lafayette is seeking FullTime LicensedPractical Nurses (LPN) for Day Shifts. Candidatesmust have a strongbackgroundwith previous nursing experience. TheLPN provides direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communicationneeds of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative andresponsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervisionof a Registered Nurse. Maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursing andhospital policies, procedures, and standards. Communicate with physiciansand team members about changes in patient's clinical condition, includingresults of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly andaccurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments withadequate supervision.
