Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a flexible and dependable LPN Float Nurse to join our day shift nursing team in Northport, Alabama. The role covers multiple units and requires adaptability, strong clinical skills, and teamwork.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, and supervise CNAs while maintaining documentation and communicating with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and weekend shift differential.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to work across units and resident populations.

Responsibilities

Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Weekend Day Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour
