Job summary

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a flexible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Float Nurse for the day shift in Northport, AL. This full-time role covers multiple units and provides direct nursing care, medication administration, and timely resident monitoring.

You will supervise CNAs, maintain nursing documentation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively across different units and resident populations.
• Strong clinical, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Flexible, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Weekend Day Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour

As an LPN Float Nurse, you'll provide nursing coverage across units based on resident and staffing needs. This position is a great fit for an LPN who enjoys variety, works well with different teams, and can confidently adapt to changing clinical needs.
