Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse for the evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM). This full-time role offers a base pay range of $25.00–$29.55 per hour, plus evening shift differentials of $2.00/hour on weekdays and $2.75/hour on weekends, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to join our evening shift nursing team.

As an LPN Charge Nurse, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, coordinate resident care during your shift, and provide leadership and support to CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing - REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
