Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for the evening shift. This full-time role involves hands-on nursing care, supporting CNAs, and coordinating resident care on the unit.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and document care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes for skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.

Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
