Job summary

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to join the night shift team. You will deliver direct nursing care, support the nursing staff, and ensure high-quality resident care during the night.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team as needed.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Night Shift Differential: +$2.25/hour weekdays | +$3.00/hour weekends

As an RN, you'll provide hands‑on nursing care, support the nursing team, and help ensure our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents receive quality, compassionate care throughout the night.
