Job summary

Lineville Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate LPNs for day shift with 12-hour daytime shifts and competitive hourly pay ($25.50–$29.00 based on experience). Join a long-term care and rehabilitation facility that values teamwork, compassion, and resident-focused care close to home.

As a licensed LPN, you will provide nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and CNAs to support safety, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the nursing team.
• Hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
• New graduate LPNs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care within your scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Perform nursing procedures and treatments.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate with residents and families.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.
