Job summary

Lineville Health & Rehabilitation in Alabama is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Night Shift. You will provide compassionate nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and coordinate with RNs and on-call providers to ensure safety and quality of life.

This full-time night position offers 12-hour shifts, shift differential, comprehensive benefits, and a team-focused environment that values resident relationships and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical observation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while remaining part of a team.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
• New graduate LPNs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care throughout the night.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Perform nursing procedures within your scope of practice.
• Communicate with RNs, physicians, and on-call providers.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and concerns.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
