Job summary

Qualifications
- Valid Missouri LPN license.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all nursing care aspects.
- Develop and lead individualized care plans.
- Assess and document residents' condition and needs.
- Implement physicians' orders promptly and accurately.
- Assign care tasks to team members per resident needs.
- Administer medications and monitor effects.
- Initiate IVs and perform treatments as assigned.
- Maintain safe and clean equipment and supplies.
