Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes.

The role requires using the nursing process to assess and plan care, and to implement and evaluate nursing services according to orders. Applicants should be licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practice state, possess a current TB test or chest X-ray, and hold a current BLS card.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray within allowed period.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
