Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. in New York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in‑home care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes throughout the Town of Florida area.

You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care under prescribed orders. Qualified candidates will hold a current LPN/LVN license, TB or Chest X‑Ray, and a valid BLS card; one year of nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
