Job summary

Avalon Health Care Group in Yakima, WA is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day, evening, or noc shifts with 8 or 12 hour options. PRN also available and Monday–Friday shifts.

Role focuses on resident-centered nursing care, medication administration, and care plan implementation. Current WA LPN license required; NLC eligibility considered. Excellent benefits and career growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Washington State or NLC eligible.
• Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Support the development and implementation of resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day.
