Job summary

Avalon Health Care Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Avalon Care Center, Bellingham, WA. Join a patient-centered team and deliver high-quality nursing care in a community-based facility.

This PRN/shift-position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $46.50 to $51.05 with additional evening and night differentials. You’ll provide assessments, administer medications, lead CNAs, and collaborate with physicians to promote resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State (or NLC eligible).
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a care team.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor resident health and clinical outcomes.
• Lead and support CNAs and nursing team members.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

Avalon Care Center | Bellingham, WA

$46.50 - $51.05/hour

Friday and Saturday: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Sunday: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

PRN also available

Shift Differentials

• Evening shift: $1.00/hour
• Noc shift: $3.00/hr
