Job summary

Avalon Care Center at Northpointe in Spokane, WA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day and evening shifts. New grads welcome. Earn $40.00–$47.45/hour with shift differentials.

You will provide compassionate nursing care, support care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care in a single, welcoming facility.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• LPN license in Washington or NLC eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Support development and implementation of resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day.
