Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant PRN to support skilled nursing residents. The role requires licensure in the state, and the candidate should be able to evaluate and treat independently while focusing on geriatric wellness.

Responsibilities include assisting PT-led therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain, and delivering functional activities to enhance residents' daily experiences. SNF experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as Physical Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Geriatrics passion and desire to help residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Physical Therapy Assistant PRN

Looking for a talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
