Job summary
The Enclave at Rye Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Port Chester, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend evenings and full-time evenings. This role focuses on high-quality resident care in our skilled nursing and long-term care units.
Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), taking vital signs, monitoring outcomes, educating residents and families, and collaborating with physicians and CNAs.
