The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center in New York, NY is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. This full-time role offers up to $45/hour, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and daily pay options.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, resident care, education for residents and families, and collaboration with physicians and CNAs. Current LPN licensure required.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Description:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
