Job summary
CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility. You will provide direct resident care on SNF and LTAC units, administer medications, and monitor treatments with outcomes.
The role requires an active LPN license, with competitive hourly pay up to $42, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay option, and comprehensive benefits. Free uniforms are provided, and CNAs are supervised as part of the team.

- Current LPN license is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
- Medication administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
