Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing provides compassionate care in a Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team and help deliver high-quality resident care.

You will administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, educate residents and families, and coordinate with physicians while supervising CNAs. A $3,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options are offered to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in SNF/Long Term Care preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs.
