Job summary

Cortlandt Healthcare in Cortlandt Manor, NY is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team. Competitive pay with a generous sign-on bonus and opportunities to grow with a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, documenting care, and collaborating with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to promote safety and quality of life for our residents.

Qualifications

• Current New York State LPN license.
• Previous nursing experience preferred; skilled nursing experience is a plus.
