Job summary

Cortlandt Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team at Cortlandt Manor, NY. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality nursing care, administering medications, monitoring residents, and documenting care plans. You’ll collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to promote safety and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Current New York State LPN license.
• Previous nursing experience preferred; skilled nursing experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
