Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shift. You will care for residents in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, perform medication administration, monitor vital signs, provide patient education, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, families, and CNAs to ensure quality care.
