Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in Morristown, NJ seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Day Shift. You will provide care for our skilled nursing residents, administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, families, and the care team.

The role also involves educating residents and families, supervising CNAs, and contributing to a high-quality, compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
