Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shift, with competitive hourly pay up to $39. You will provide care on skilled and long-term units, administer medications (including IVs where applicable), monitor vitals, and support residents and their families.

You will supervise CNAs, communicate with physicians and NPs, and participate in education and care planning to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN license in good standing.
