Job summary

Woodland Care and Rehab in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, delivering compassionate care in a welcoming senior living environment.

This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, night shift differential, PTO after 30 days, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 per year, and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license for the state of Missouri.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and services meeting standards.
• Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assess and document resident conditions.
• Administer medications and start IVs.
• Assign care tasks to team members as needed.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained safely.

Essential Functions of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents that treatment as required
• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
• Others duties as assigned

Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Valid LPN license for the state of Missouri
• Valid CPR certification

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may start as early as NEXT WEEK!
