Job summary

Royalton Manor in Saint Joseph, MI is seeking an LPN Supervisor to oversee resident care on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the director of nursing.

The role provides clinical supervision to CNAs/STNAs, coordinates staffing, assigns work, conducts evaluations, and serves as a key resource for residents, families and staff. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.
• Current state license to practice as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities.
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety.

• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns.
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
