Job summary

Regency on the Lake is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide, oversee, and coordinate resident care on-site at our Fort Gratiot, MI facility. You will supervise CNAs/STNAs, assign work, ensure safety, and respond to staffing needs under the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed

• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/designee. This role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.
