PAY RATE: $22.32 - $33.48

BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE + $3.00 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL IF APPLICABLE

Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing direct patient care to an assigned group of patients under the supervision of a RN. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including child through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process / Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital.

Job Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an LPN School of Nursing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

License/Certifications/Special Requirements

• Possesses current Illinois LPN license
• OR NCLEX LPN CANDIDATE REPORT INDICATING THAT THE CANDIDATE HAS SUCCESSFULLY PASSED LPN BOARDS
